What Is Time & Materials (T&M)?
Time & Materials, or T&M, is a method of paying for services based on the actual time spent and materials used to complete a project or task.

Instead of a fixed price upfront, you’re billed for the hours worked by the service provider’s team and any supplies or equipment they use.

This approach is common when the exact scope or duration of work is uncertain and allows flexibility to adjust as the project evolves.
